Brad is the Co-owner & Principal Physiotherapist at M1 Physio.
Brad is an experienced physiotherapist who enjoys working with a wide variety of conditions. Inspired by his own recovery journey and personal challenges, he brings not only strong clinical expertise but also genuine insight into the rehabilitation process.
Brad understands first hand the physical and mental hurdles that come with recovery, and he ensures every client feels supported, understood, and empowered from day one.
With a commitment to evidence-based care, Brad focuses on performance, prevention, and helping people move with confidence—no matter their starting point. He has a special interest in sports injuries and chronic pain, and is also experienced in treating children and young adults.
Brad believes movement is for everyone. He’s dedicated to helping clients grow stronger, move better, and get back to the things that bring meaning to their lives.

Meet Richelle

Richelle is the Co-owner & Principal Physiotherapist at M1 Physio. She is passionate about helping people overcome injury, restore confidence in movement, and achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.
With a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and complex rehabilitation, Richelle provides evidence-based care for a wide range of injuries and conditions. She combines thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, personalised exercise rehabilitation and patient education to identify the underlying cause of pain, not just the symptoms, helping her clients return to work, sport and everyday life with confidence.
Committed to lifelong learning, Richelle regularly undertakes professional development to ensure her clients receive care informed by the latest research and best practice. She believes the best outcomes come from building genuine relationships, listening to each person's goals, and working collaboratively to create rehabilitation plans that are practical, achievable and tailored to the individual.
Away from the clinic, Richelle enjoys keeping active at the gym, tending to her garden, bird watching, and exploring Western Australia's beautiful outdoors. She's also well known for ordering the biggest cappuccino on the menu every time.

Meet Conor
Conor is a Perth-born and Curtin-trained physiotherapist who is passionate about working collaboratively with a wide range of clients to achieve meaningful outcomes. As a new graduate, he brings a strong sense of enthusiasm, a commitment to continuous learning, and a genuine focus on listening to and understanding each individual’s needs.
Conor’s background includes experience as a Strength and Conditioning coach for young athletes, as well as working as a disability support worker. These roles have allowed him to develop a well-rounded appreciation of the full spectrum of physical ability, from performance optimisation to supporting individuals with complex needs.
He has a strong personal interest in gym training and running, which underpins his approach to physiotherapy and fuels his passion for helping others return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside the clinic, Conor enjoys challenging himself both physically and creatively. Whether that's running, weightlifting, playing tennis, or restoring and building watches. At home, he's kept busy by his Cavoodle, Charlie, who never misses an opportunity to remind Conor who's really in charge.

Meet Tharushi
Tharushi is a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist with experience working across private practice and aged care settings in Victoria and Western Australia. She has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal, sports, orthopaedic and neurological conditions, including providing care and exercise rehabilitation for patients before and after orthopaedic surgery. She is committed to helping people reduce pain, restore movement, and return to doing the activities they enjoy.
As a GLAD Australia Certified Physiotherapist, Tharushi delivers evidence-based education and exercise programs for people living with hip and knee osteoarthritis. She also enjoys leading group exercise classes, empowering patients to build strength, improve function, and achieve their individual goals.
Tharushi believes in combining hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation to achieve the best possible outcomes for every patient. She tailors each treatment plan to the individual's needs, goals, and lifestyle to support meaningful, long-term recovery.
Known for her warm, approachable, and compassionate nature, Tharushi takes the time to build genuine relationships with her patients. She listens carefully to their concerns, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident throughout every stage of their rehabilitation journey.
Outside the clinic, you'll often find Tharushi hiking, training at the gym, or searching for the perfect cup of coffee at a local café.

Meet Larissa
Larissa is an ESSA-registered Accredited Exercise Physiologist with experience working across a diverse caseload, including private clients, Medicare and DVA referrals, and Workers Compensation presentations.
She is passionate about designing individualised, evidence-based exercise programs that help clients move better, improve function, and achieve meaningful, long-term health outcomes.
In her clinical practice, Larissa is confident in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored exercise interventions and outcome measures.
Known for her approachable and easy-going nature, Larissa has strong people skills and a genuine passion for supporting clients to improve their physical wellbeing and confidence with movement.
Larissa is a proud mum of two who loves the outdoors, whether she's hiking, riding mountain bike trails, or exploring in the caravan with her family. She's also currently studying Remedial Massage, combining her passion for helping others with a love of lifelong learning.

Ashleigh is the friendly face keeping M1 Physio running smoothly, both behind the scenes and at the front desk.
From managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to looking after our website and social media, she helps ensure everything runs seamlessly while making every patient feel welcome.
Currently studying Remedial Massage, Ashleigh is excited to join the clinical team once qualified.
Outside of the clinic, she loves spending time with her family and is slightly obsessed with her dog, Chloe.
